AI Visibility Check Terms of Use

These terms cover Dizian Digital’s free AI visibility check and the report available through it.

About the check

The AI visibility check examines selected publicly available pages and files on a website you nominate, including robots.txt, sitemaps, structured data, page content and llms.txt. It assesses seven technical signals and produces an indicative score out of 100.

The check uses automated technical checks, not an AI model. Website content scanned by the tool is not submitted to an AI model as part of the check.

The score and signal names are available without requesting a report. To receive the detailed findings for each signal, you must complete the email report-request form. Reports are emailed manually and may not arrive immediately.

The results reflect what was publicly accessible when the check ran. They may change as the website, the checking method or external services change.

Understanding your results

The score is a readiness indicator. It does not establish whether an AI assistant currently mentions, recommends or quotes your website, or whether it will do so in the future.

The check is not a comprehensive website, SEO, accessibility, security or legal-compliance audit. It may not identify every issue, and an unavailable page or file may affect the results.

Any report or recommendation is general information to help you identify areas for further review. Consider your website’s circumstances and obtain appropriate advice before making significant changes.

No guaranteed outcomes

Using the check or following its recommendations does not guarantee inclusion in AI-generated answers, search rankings, website traffic, leads, sales or any other commercial outcome.

Results depend on factors beyond Dizian Digital’s control, including decisions made by search engines and AI service providers.

Appropriate use

Only submit publicly accessible website addresses. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, private links or other confidential information through the website-address field.

Do not use the check to attempt unauthorised access, bypass access restrictions, disrupt another website or interfere with the tool’s operation.

Reports and further services

If you request an emailed report, we will use the email address you provide to deliver it. The check and report are free. Requesting a report does not engage Dizian Digital to carry out work on your website or create an ongoing service agreement.

Any paid services require a separate agreement covering their scope and fees.

Privacy and marketing preferences

We use Cloudflare to operate the check and store report requests, and an email provider to send reports. These services involve processing information outside Australia. For information about how we handle personal information, please read our Privacy Policy

The report-request form asks separately for your agreement to receive the report, and for your agreement to receive emails from Dizian Digital about your results and related services. The second is optional and is not a condition of receiving the report.

You can withdraw permission for marketing emails at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to an email from us, or by emailing alex@dizian.com.au

We handle these requests manually and will action them promptly, within five working days.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
